Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 15 day Limited Warranty on Hardware purchases from the time of delivery. Please read below to see exemptions.
We DO NOT offer 15 day warranty on the following items:
-E-Liquid Pods (STLTH, ALLO, etc.)
-Replacement Coils (Send us a video and we can try and troubleshoot)
Due to health and safety reason, we DO NOT accept returns on the following products:
-E-Liquid Pods (STLTH, ALLO, etc.)
If you have opened and used a non-defective item, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. If you have changed your mind about the product you received, you are able to return it if it is unopened and unused for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not accept return on e-liquid products or opened pods/cartridges.
A return fee of 50% may be applied if:
-Returns are not cleaned or emptied prior to return.
-Returns show signs of abuse that could have caused a defect.
-Returns are non-defective/ or opened.
We may require a copy of photo ID before refunds in some cases.
If we make a mistake on a shipment, we will pay for the shipping back to our facility. We will send you a pre-paid postage to your email (or a return label in the mail) for you to return the product that was shipped discrepantly. When we receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct product to you. We cannot send the correct product until we receive the incorrect product.
On hardware purchases, products purchased through our website come with a 15 day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery.
To be eligible for this service, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery date. The 15 day Limited Warranty is voided if the damage and or defect results from abuse, accidents, disassembly, modification or user-error. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Do not dispose of the packing or packing contents as we do need all original packing to proceed with a warranty issue.
If you receive an item that is Dead on Arrival, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect. These claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from time of delivery. Be sure to inspect your items carefully once you receive it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Cosmetic issues, minor scratches, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear which is not covered by warranty.
If you have any questions about compatibility, please send us a question before placing your order or do your research. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please contact our sales department if you would like to submit a request for refund or exchange by email at email@example.com. You will need to provide your full name, phone number, order # and your reasons for the return. We may request video or picture proof of the issue. If the return is approved, we will contact you to provide further instructions on returning the package/product. We will ship out replacements after we receive the defective item at our facility.
We will not accept returns if a devices intended use is with e-liquids but is used with cannabis oil, cannabis-based substance, CBD oil, or similar liquids. Doing this will void any warranty on our products and we will not accept it for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping items back to us. Once we receive the items and are approved for return, we will take care of the shipping costs for the replacement items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refusal of Order
If a customer or shipping carrier refuses packages for any reason, there will be a 50% return processing fee and shipping charges will be non-refundable. If you selected free shipping, our cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A refund may be issued back to the original payment (Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.) or as a store credit in the form of points. Vape Industries Inc. is not responsible for refunds to a pre-paid card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.
